GOOD PRACTICES GUIDE

This guide is a detailed handbook of actions carried out by PLOTINA RPO partners to solve their own gender inequalities, and that have proved to be the most successful among all the actions implemented (see the complete list of actions).

The guide aims to be a useful instrument for any RPO that wants to develop and implement its self-tailored gender equality plan, so the good practices can be browsed following different criteria. The very first one is the basis of the structure of the list of actions, that is, the five key areas where RPOs find main challenges to face towards gender equality. Appart from that, other variables have been added, hoping that they will be of interest to users who want to find out about the most successful practices identified in the plotina project.
