One of first deliverables of the PLOTINA project was to investigate our own institutions to get a better understanding of what we have done in relation to gender equality up to date. Deliverable 2.1. showed the heterogeneity of the institutions in the Consortium in relation to gender equality policies and practices. There were differences across the RPOs in relation to the structures, top down policies, raising awareness, career support and work-life balance issues. There were also similarities between RPOs especially in terms of the challenges that were coming across in their efforts to raise awareness of gender equality and involve colleagues in activities.
