Why (still) promote women? From individualization to the collectivization of equality policies

The concept of promoting women was and is intended to create structures and processes in organizations that are antidiscriminatory and collectively promote women as a target group. The aim of the meeting is to open up (new) perspectives of the promotion of women. It is about the analysis of their effects and the differentiated discussion of their fields of application with all parties involved.

Plotina project will be presented at the meeting.
