PLOTINA project coordinator, Tullia Gallina Toschi (University of Bologna), participated on monday, 4th June 2018 in a webinar organized by EQUAL-IST entitled “Sustainability of Gender Equality Plans”. Besides the representative of the PLOTINA project and EQUAL-IST coordinators, members of Yellow Window/Sciences PO program and GENERA H2020 Project also attended the webinar.

The topics they dealt with were these: “Building sustainable change in Research Organizations: the Issues at stake”, “From physics for physics“ – experiences from almost 3 years GENERA project and “Tighten the pipeline in a durable way. How to manage?”.
