Once a given RPO has defined the actions, policies or processes that is going to carry out in its organization in order to prevent and overcome inequalities and gender bias, the planning phase of the Gender Equality Plan begins.

In this planning phase, the aim is to define and organise the most important aspects to take into account with each of the chosen action. That will be the base for the successful development of the GEP in the organization.
