As the overall objective of PLOTINA is to enable the development, implementation and assessment of self-tailored Gender Equality Plans (GEPs) with innovative and sustainable strategies for Research Performing Organizations (RPOs), a set of modular and adaptable resources has been designed, for any RPO at the starting stage in the setting up of GEPS.

The must know information for an organization that wants to design and implement its own GEP is divided in three sections: the Formative Toolkit, the Library of Actions and the Monitoring tool. Each one corresponds to a different stage of implementation of the gender equality plan, and offers specific information and tools to successfully complete that stage.
