EFFORTI project (Horizon 2020) has developed an evaluation framework in terms of an off – and online toolbox to show potential outputs, outcomes and impacts of a variety of Gender Equality (GE) policies, from mentoring to the implementation of gender equality plans. It has put great emphasis on the integration of different context factors at team, organisational and country level that may shape the effectiveness and efficiency of GE policies.

The Toolbox guides through the key components of the EFFORTI intervention logic model. It represents the basis for a step-by-step planning of a tailored policy design and / or evaluation by providing a both holistic and nuanced approach.
