PLOTINA FORMATIVE TOOLKIT

This Toolkit is for all those Research Performing Organizations (RPOs) and Research Institutions (RFOs) that want to implement gender equality policies and processes in their organizations in order to prevent and overcome inqualities and gender bias. It presents the work carried out in three intense years by the Plotina project Consortium hoping that it can help other RPOs and RFOs that want to undertake the same path and reach the same goals. The direct targets are therefore Academia Governance members and top managers, teaching and administrative staff and students.

The Toolkit presents conceptual frameworks, supporting tools and templates that have been experimented by the Plotina Consortium, about career development, selection and recruitment, governance and decision-making, gender in research content and in study curricula. The content is shown divided in the main operative phases that comprise the implementation of a gender equality plan.
